New Year = New Goals

So I know I have not been on Booklikes since signing up pretty much, but I would like to explain my reasons. Then I'll let you know what's the New Year will be hold for me, it an The Cat's Meow post meme that I do on my blog.

My Defense to why I'm not on Booklikes a whole lot

I know many bloggers weren't happy about Goodreads changed in policy or such ( I can't even remember) anyways I haven't had much issues with my Goodreads and while I do post reviews on Goodreads, I use my Blog as my largest network for reviewing, then I share it on Twitter and Google +, then it makes to Goodreads last.

Right now my biggest issue with Booklikes is that there's no app for it, believe it or not I do some of my blogging drafts on Blogger App on my Ipad. It allows me to get ahead start when its 2am in the morning, just finished with the book and want to write down some notes . . . however I don't want to open my computer, that's why I love going on my Ipad.

I've looked for Apps on Booklikes but there's nothing and that makes it harder for me to really use it on a regular basis. So I hope you can deal with me being absent on booklikes until I figure out how I want to go about with Booklikes.

Celebrate SassyCat's Books review One Year Blogaversay on March 1st, however that is the same weekend I'm away for bowling so I'll have to figure something out as far what I want to do for SassyCat.
Participate in more books tours
I'm attending UTOPYA Con in June, where I'll meet tons of bloggers and Authors alike

Other than that I'm not sure what else I'll be doing,

Well that all, I'll check in every once in awhile . . . I do get email notification so I'm not completely in the dark with Booklikes

Katy and Daemon has been inseparable until now . . . things went downhill while breaking into Mount Weather. Now Katy and Daemon are both suffering the greatest pain they ever encountered.

On two different side of the States, Katy thought there was no end . . . believes there were no hope. Daemon would burn down the world to find her, even if that meant turning your back on your community and the elders.

Nothing matters to Daemon . . . the only thing that matter was Katy and he was determine to find her . . . at any cost.

Area 51 does exist but Katy's fate will be far greater than she thinks, sacrifice will be made, lives will be lost and a new species will rises.

It another bundle of kittens for this one, this was truly a perfect mixture of love and sacrifice. The love that Daemon has for Katy increased since the moment she was out of his grasp and would do anything to save and protect her.

So first off Cake is a really interesting title, I thought as it being a very sweet and tasty read and it was! Cake also had artistic aspects into the story where the characters both are very passionate about their art. I request Cake from Netgallery, I do not own it/paid for it. My review of Cake . . . ReviewWren has always been Gregori's messenger but Wren also has love Gregori's art work that he put hours into but soon Gregori and Wren will finally get that long last taste they both desires. Gregori had dealt with ups and downs during his life and he rather be hard at work than anything else. But can he deny the sweetness of Wren?A kiss sweet as cake drives both Wren and Gregori to want more . . . But can both Wren and Gregori have cake and eat it too? I give this a four and a half Cat Tails Up, Lauren Dane really created a sweet and passionate novella of two that just need to have their cake and eat it too. I've never read anything by Kelley but truthfully sometimes waiting always makes it worth the read and enjoyment. The idea was great I hoped there's be more to explore in this paranormal world Ashley has created.

Sun Poisoned (The Sunshine Series, #2) - Nikki Rae

Again I have to thanks Nikki for lending out her books to me in return my honest review. Sun Poisoned is book #2 of the Sunshine series, Sophie and Myles are back! Review Sophie nnd Myles are back and living it large in New York, the band is doing great . . . Life is good. Myles still can't feel what Sophie feeling anymore but that doesn't prevent him from getting close to her and her being close to him. What do you do if someone you trust have been lying to you and for Sophie a tragic event happens that leaves her almost defeneless and in danger. Was the Michael threat over? Or is there a greater threat beyond Sophie and Myles control? I give this 4.5 cat's tails up, I really like the intensity of the climax of the story and that ending was just WHEW! and AW MAN! I have to wait until the next book.

Ok I'll admit I was worry that I wouldn't be able accepted to read this book from Netgallery, but when I saw that I could I was thrilled! I love Stacey's writing in Werewolves Be Damned and I am still eager to read her Cat's Meow (Witches Brew #1) Soon I'll have my hands on that book.
